THE CRAFT

How we forge.

Prime Digit is a frontier studio: few humans, modern machines, obsessive standards. This is the production line that lets a small team ship worlds that look and feel like a hundred people made them.

830+ hand-tuned Ulukayın levels
5,000+ Tank Flow puzzles
17 painted cosmic layers
12 languages shipped
60fps on a 2020 iPhone SE
2 worlds live

A painted canon, not a mood board

Every world begins with one master painting — the canon. Every backdrop, panel and sprite is generated against it with reference images, then refined by hand. Nothing reaches the screen until it earns its frame. The result reads as composed, not assembled.

Levels gated by mathematics

A Monte-Carlo solver plays every level thousands of times before any human does — modeling cascades, obstacle costs and time-to-solve. If a level can be beaten without thinking, it never ships. Difficulty is designed, never accidental.

An AI-augmented pipeline, human-judged

We build our own tools: a level forge, a sprite factory, a video pipeline, prompt-first asset chains. Machines multiply our hands; taste stays human. Every asset is approved by an eye, not a script.

Engineering that disappears

Sixty frames a second on a six-year-old phone, sub-second loads, haptics tuned frame by frame. The player should never feel the machinery — only the world.

Twelve languages, day one

Story-first means nothing if the story only speaks English. Our games ship localized across twelve locales, with per-level narrative text — built into the pipeline, not bolted on.

Respect as an engineering constraint

No dark patterns, no countdown pressure, no pay-to-win. These are not policies — they are build-time rules our code enforces and our tests assert.

The same forge is already heating the next world.
